My top 5 Instagram Pics for November

1st December 2017 by Organisedjo 12 Comments

I seem to say this every month, but where did that last month go too? And can you believe it, we are now into December, the last month of the year. November for us has been all about having more fun with the new puppy and getting back into the throws of school, clubs, work and life after October half term. I don’t know about you, but November starts off as oh there is loads of time before Santa will be paying a visit, to four weeks later and you suddenly realise its only a month to go and you have done nothing!

Anyway, back to Instagram. This month I feel like things are on the up, finally! Last month I mentioned that I had been editing my photos in Snapseed and I feel this has made such a difference. If you don’t know what Snapseed is or how to use then check out the post I wrote about how I edit my photos and what tools I use. With regard to engaging on Instagram, I have actually stopped being part of any Instagram pods and am just growing my engagement organically. After a little slump to start with things seem to have picked up. I feel like I have finally started to fall back in love with Instagram.

So onto this months top 5 most liked pictures.

Straight into fifth place we have a tie! The first is this picture I snapped of Torre Abbey. It is such a stunning place to photograph, and when I was there recently for a meeting I just had to take a snap. The autumn leaves surrounding the building just made for a great picture.

The second picture in fifth place is this one of the hubby and eldest strolling along Paignton Beach. The autumn low light has been stunning this month, I’ve been enjoying snapping away and seeing what comes out the other end after an edit or two.

In fourth place is a re edited picture of the underneath of Paignton Pier. I snapped this last year but I wanted to see how it looked after being edited in Snapseed. I’m very happy with how it came out.

The picture in third place had to include a visitor that was staying with us for the week. Little one had the pleasure of bringing home Housby Bear from her Netball group. Houseby is handed out at the end of every week to someone who has worked and tried hard. Little one was over the moon and I had the pleasure of trying to remember to take photos wherever we went.

In second place we have another tie. The first is actually four pictures in one, it was my October round up. It was the first time I had done this but I actually liked looking back. Watch out for more of these!

And the other picture in second place is a recent one. I snapped this at the weekend when we were visiting our favourite local country park. Monty is now 5 months old and we are having such fun taking him out on walks and letting him explore new places.

The picture in first place is defiantly my favourite picture this month. We have been visiting Berry Head a lot recently. One because The Guardhouse Cafe there does the best coffee and cake, and secondly because the views of Torbay and the coast heading down towards the River Dart is stunning!. This was snapped from inside the bird hide looking west. I love this pic so much I think I may actually get it printed onto a canvas.

And there you go, Novembers most liked Instagram photos. Which is your favourite? If you want to see more picture likes this pop over and find me on Instagram. Until next month!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my blog Organised Jo. My name is Jo, a 40 *cough* something year old married working mum living in sunny (ish) South Devon.
