In this weeks post I have got a quick fix for you. This one is all about that cupboard, or drawer, in your kitchen that holds all the cooking and baking pans and trays
Now I am a shorty, standing at 5 foot 4 inches to be exact. And the reason this is important is that in our kitchen we have a cupboard above our integrated oven that houses all our large cooking and baking pans.
But for me to get anything out, without pulling everything out onto my head, I had to get the kids stool out.
Now I had seen this idea on Pinterest that involved using some kitchen cupboard organisers. It looked like it was the answer to my prayers. So I rushed out and purchased two of these:
I found these at The Range but you can purchase these racks on Amazon.
When I got home I pulled out all the pans and started to group them into size and type. I then worked out how many slots I had to fill. The two storage racks fitted well into the cupboard, but instead of having them standing upright I turned them in their side. I then started slotting the pans back in.
This has worked out so well. Now I no longer need to stand on a stool and wrestle with everything to get one pan out. All I need to do is pull out the pan I need without disrupting and upsetting everything else on top of me.
How do you organise your pans? I would love to hear about it in the comments below.
Lets get organised
