** What is a Relaxed Performance?
A relaxed performance is accessible to everyone and is a specially adapted show to help reduce stress for individuals who might find going to the theatre a bit daunting. Audience members can enter and leave the auditorium at any point during the show to create an informal atmosphere. We also make sure that we have extra wheelchair spaces available as well as a “chill out zone” elsewhere in the theatre, if audience members would like to take a break from the performance. Loud bangs and sudden noises or strobe lighting is not used and making noise during the show is not discouraged.

I know! It’s actually crept up really quickly. Thank you for your comment, lovely to hear from you. X
Love living in Torbay – there’s always so much great stuff going on I will definitely try to make it to a couple of these. I reckon rockpooling and the fossil festival would go down well with my eldest…
Thanks so much for featuring my Relax Kids Workshop at Torre Abbey. I had a bit of a shock as I was looking on here for things to do with my girls as I always love your ideas and there the workshop was first on your list. I can believe we only have two weeks left until half term!
My pleasure. I hope the workshop goes well for you.
Great ideas. I think we’ll try and take Isabelle to Occombe farm as we haven’t been there yet. I’m really hoping that the rain and wind takes a holiday that week 🙂
We do love Occombe, their trails are good for all ages. X
